Hi, I’m Stefan, the designer and face behind Stem Building Design, based in Swan Hill, Victoria. 

I have started Stem with a simple goal: 

To create homes that are truly unique spaces that stand out, feel personal, and reflect the people who live in them. 

As a sole operator business, I work closely with every client to understand exactly what they want, and I’m committed to delivering designs that are both beautiful and practical. Whether it’s a new build or a renovation, I bring a hands-on, thoughtful approach to every project, making sure the journey is just as rewarding as the final result.
